You stay in control of the wage range — some businesses choose to pay a little more to boost motivation and performance, while others keep costs lower to maximise savings.

2. Recruitment Setup

Before we begin sourcing candidates, we collect a small one‑time setup fee.

This covers:

• Screening applicants
• Skills testing
• Shortlisting
• Preparing candidate profiles

This ensures we can find the right people quickly and professionally.

3. We Recruit and Shortlist Candidates

Our Vietnam team advertises the role, screens applicants, and selects the strongest candidates for your business.

You will receive:
• Resumes
• Skills summaries
• English level notes
• Experience details

You review the shortlist and choose who you’d like to progress.

4. Speak Directly With the Candidates

If you want to ask questions or get a feel for their personality, you’re welcome to communicate directly with the candidates before making a decision.

5. Choose Your Worker

Once you’ve selected your preferred candidate, we handle onboarding and get them ready to start.

6. Monthly Prepaid Service

Your worker is billed monthly in advance as a prepaid service.

  • A flat weekly service fee for ongoing support and management

7. Start date > Onboarding & Training

We will provide you with a start date, then we hand them over to your business to begin training and induction.

  • We recommend communicating with workers directly on whatsapp or Zalo messenger, sharing screenshots, screen recordings and instructions etc.
  • Hand over tasks and develop a routine work rhythm
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback on what they are doing well, and what you would like to see improve.
